Understanding the PMBOK Guide® – Fourth Edition

Now is the time to understand the PMBOK Guide® – Fourth Edition, which has been updated to incorporate the most current knowledge and practices in project management.  These updates are the result of thousands of valuable recommendations from the global project management community.  Many aspects of the PMBOK Guide® have been refined, improved or enhanced to facilitate understanding and implementation.  The result is a Global Standard for PMP certification and for managing a project.  The presentation will highlight the Fourth Edition changes, especially the clarifications, process changes and the new appendix on project management people skills.
