This presentation will touch on the leadership skills and the orientation process required in today’s global projects.
Steve and Diana Burgan have international project management experience along with an impressive educational background that provides them a unique presentation style that is both entertaining and informative. Steve and Diana are principal owners of Enterprise Consulting that specializes in the design, development, and implementation of project management processes in organizations. They are in the process of moving to Charleston, SC and will become active members and supporters of the Charleston chapter.
