Lowcountry Project of the Year Award - General Submission Overview

All nominees are asked to provide a written overview of the project and how it met the criteria provided.  Submission should be documented with the following four categories and include an executive summary.

(1) General Information and Project Team - Please type project name and location, owner/client and project team exactly as you would like it to appear on the award. Also include:

  • Name of owner/client supporting the project team, including mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses
  • Name of the business of the project team/members, including mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses
  • Overview and/or description of the project team, including the roles and responsibilities of the project manager
  • All nominations should be submitted to pmicharleston@pmi-charleston.org by Tuesday, October 30, 2007
     

(2) Project Performance – Provide a brief overview of how the project team performed against expectations for Schedule, Budget and Quality
